Legally Wed’s professional legal services are available on either a monthly Retained or Subscription fee basis. Al la Carte services are also available on a client-by-client basis.

Retainer Agreements are best suited for wedding/event planners and consultants who would like to include professional legal services in their own clients’ service package offerings. With this kind of arrangement, a monthly retainer is paid in advance of services rendered reflecting a substantial discount (10-20%) from the hourly rate that the Firm regularly commands. Specifically tailored to meet client needs, a variety of monthly retainer agreements are available and can range from $750 to $5,000 or more a month.  Retainers are cancelable at any time.

Subscription Agreements require a one-time engagement fee and are offered for as low as 49.99 a month.  Actual services to be provided are based on your choice of service level. Representative services include, but are not limited, to the following:

· Post-event litigation of Vendor disputes
